针对肿瘤的药物化学研究,主要研究方向包括:
1)针对CHK1(细胞周期检查点激酶1)的抗肿瘤增敏剂的研究;
2)新型肿瘤血管阻断剂的研究;
3)针对KRAS突变型肿瘤的CHK1/MK2双靶点抑制剂的研究。
