学历1984-1988毕业于北京大学化学系,获理学学士学位。1988-1994毕业于北京大学化学系分析化学专业,获理学博士学位。

工作经历 1994-1996,在北京医科大学药学院无机化学教研室从事博士后研究工作。1997-2000,在美国堪萨斯大学药学院药物化学系,从事博士后研究工作。2000.8回国在北京大学医学部药学院化学生物学系工作,2003年晋升教授,2006-2010年担任化学生物学系副主任。

学术成果和奖励在国内外学术期刊上发表论文100多篇,获得中国发明专利4项,主编“十一五”国家级规划教材1套。获得2004年教育部新世纪优秀人才资助,2002年北京市科技进步二等奖。

学术研究研究金属和无机离子在疾病的发生、发展和传播等病理或生物学过程中作用的化学基础,从而发现具有针对性的无机、天然或有机分子的预防药物。研究内容包括:

¨  代谢性疾病(心血管病、脑神经退行性病变、骨质疏松、糖尿病等)相关的金属代谢和细胞信号转导

¨  细胞的活性氧代谢、抗氧化响应机制和重金属排除

¨  无机和矿物中药的结构-ADMET定量关系(QSPR)研究

¨  从食物和中药中发现和开发肿瘤和代谢性疾病的化学预防药物

近年来,承担或参与了国家自然科学基金面上项目(3)和重点项目(2),科技部项目(2),教育部2111)和985项目(1)和北京市科技计划项目(1)等研究工作。
